With a career spanning over 28 years, Kurt is a recognized expert in helping organizations leverage their data to achieve strategic business objectives.

Prior to founding HudsonLogic, Kurt held executive and leadership roles at Quanta Services, Baker Hughes, and Oracle. During his tenure, he led major initiatives to modernize enterprise data platforms, establish robust data governance frameworks, and drive data-driven decision-making across diverse industries, including construction, oil & gas, financial services, and technology.

At HudsonLogic, Kurt combines his extensive experience with a forward-thinking approach to help clients navigate the complexities of data management, from legacy system modernization to AI readiness. He is committed to delivering practical, measurable results that not only solve today’s data challenges but also position clients for future growth and innovation.

Paul Doucette is the Co-founder and Managing General Partner of HudsonLogic, where he leads the firm’s efforts in building effective teams, ensuring high-quality delivery, and aligning client solutions to measurable business outcomes. At HudsonLogic, Paul brings a hands-on leadership style to every engagement, combining strategic vision with execution rigor. His role focuses on creating trusted client partnerships and delivering solutions that bridge business strategy with technical execution.

With over 25 years of experience in technology and business consulting, Paul has spent his career helping organizations unlock value through data and analytics. He has held leadership and delivery roles at global consulting firms such as Infosys Consulting and NTT Data, as well as boutique firms like Painted Word, North Highland, and Carlisle & Gallagher. His expertise spans the full lifecycle of data-driven initiatives—including data engineering, data Lakehouse and warehouse development, DevOps enablement, data governance, and analytics platform implementation—across industries such as oil & gas, construction, insurance, banking, financial services, manufacturing, and media.

Outside of work, Paul values time with his wife and two daughters and pursues a variety of active interests. He is an avid rock climber and holds a national certification as a competition belayer. Paul also races sailboats competitively and participates in the F3 fitness community. These hobbies reflect his passion for challenge, precision, and continuous improvement—qualities that mirror his approach to consulting and leadership.
